The four week boot camp started today with Trainer Amy and it was challenging. We were all sweating within the first few minutes. The class started with laps around the park for 3 minutes then we partnered up for interval training. The interval training was a mix of core, strength, and cardio. I enjoyed being paired with different people in the camp so I could get to know the group I will be with for the next 4 weeks. Trainer Amy was extremely motivating and kept us encouraged throughout the exercises. She coached us well on form to ensure we were doing each exercise properly. The only con is that I am not a fan of grass so I am not looking forward to working out on it ;-(
