I don’t know how this complex brags about award winning living when the management of this place is appalling. I helped someone with an application and deposit back in May of 2012. The App was declined and they have kept the full $ 350.00 I have called since early June –over six weeks now, no less than 8 times with no response. First contact I made, they told me the hold-up was that they lost my credit card info. Next call I initiated, they tell the person processing the refund is out for the day. Then they tell me it’s on its way. I called a 5th time, to be told they will look into it. Another call they tell me it will be processed by next day. I went to the complex yesterday and provided my name, the name of the tenant I was helping, my credit card info and phone number. No call back. So today 07÷11÷12, I called the Connor Group(937) 434‑3095 and provided ALL the info for the 9th time. My next step by tomorrow is to go downtown and file a law suit to recover my money. Quite simply this place is mis-managed, crooked and could care less about anyone that walks through the door. We shall see what the Judge says if I don’t get a call today. I’m fed up.
