I went to Chipotle to use my free chips and guac coupon and also got a chicken burrito bowl. While Chipotle does use better ingredients compared to other counter service burrito restaurants, I’m not overly impressed with the prices. My chicken burrito bowl was $ 7 after tax and any other meat would have made it around $ 8. The chicken was cooked and seasoned well, and the brown rice was moist. All of the vegetables were really crisp and the guac was good as well. The chips, however, were really greasy for some reason. I don’t know if they’re always like this, but I could see the liquid grease on the chips and setting them on a napkin got the napkin covered in grease. Overall, Chipotle serves delicious burritos and uses good quality ingredients, but for me it’s not worth the price unless I have some kind of promotional coupon to come in.

We are regulars to this chain but the first time to this location… My wife had a steak burrito and I had the carnitas in a bowl… With in 30 minutes my wife did not feel good and an hour and half later she was sick… Once she was sick she felt better and has not been sick since… With everything going on in Seattle and Boston we think it will be awhile before we go back… We will wait to see what these next few months bring… I sure hope they get their act together

I’ll first start off saying I love Chipotle. However my last two trips here have been subpar compared to recent visits and other locations. The quality in burrito wraps has seemed to have gone down hill. The burrito tore in half as soon as I picked it up. I asked for brown rice and got white rice, not a deal breaker but listen to what is being ordered.
If I could have graded this using half stars it would be 4.5. I docked it to 3 stars because there is no reason to hold an employee annual work performance among customers. It should never ever happen. There are many tables outside that this could take place.
I also think that need to offer salsa at a bar.

The line went by quickly during a Saturday lunch rush. Love the ability to customize everything and add/​subtract items. The green salsa is spicy! Just FYI. I was impressed that the inside was really pretty clean, given the busy time of day. Outdoor seating is nice for the better weather days, just not able to be used in the cold December weather.

I’m always going to be loyal to chipotle and this location doesn’t disappoint. Huge portions, nice employees. But be warned, this place gets BUSY! Right on glenwood ave, so a lot of people visit this one around dinner time.

I used to work for Chipotle and I must say, there are a lot of things wrong with this location.
— The service is slow and not as friendly as I know the standard to be.
— There are always heaps of dishes on the grill counter
— They don’t appear to follow the «hands» protocol or don new gloves when required.
–There is typically only one Tabasco option. I know they get stolen a lot so I can sympathize with that. Still the cashier should do a better job keeping an eye on that.
Positive is they haven’t been completely out of anything as of yet. It is chipotle so taste alone gets them a few stars.
Advice: Get some more training and strive for faster and friendlier service.

How can you ever go wrong with Chipotle? The service is always fast and friendly. The food is always fresh. It’s always a go to in our house when we don’t want to cook and want to grab something fresh.

By far the best chipotle I have ever been too. Even if the line is out passed the door I will wait less than 5 minutes. The staff is extremely quick and friendly. I have never had a bad experience here. I wish all chipotles were as good as this one is. I will continue to come here multiple times a week!

First time at Chipotle. Sunday evening dinner. Out of pork. Out of fruit for kids’ dinner. Tabasco is the only hot sauce option. No free chips or salsa bar. My burrito was merely average. I won’t be coming back. Fresh Lime or Moe’s over Chipotle any day.

Went to this location 7 times…6/7 of the times I went, the food was not good. The sour cream is runny and the meat does not taste like the other chipotle locations. The salsas are always messy and mixed due to the staff dripping the scoops. Overall… not a good chipotle experience

I love Chipotle, but this location is terrible. Some servers are not friendly at all. The kitchen floor is pretty dirty and dining tables are always not cleaned. The only good thing is convenient location.

Regularly enjoy a Sofrita’s salad here. Was concerned that I would find long lines, but I usually stop in during off-​hours. Portions were generous, staff was polite and didn’t just throw the stuff on the plate before I had a chance to tell them what I wanted. Will be back frequently.

Great service and high quality fresh mex– always busy at lunch but the line moves fast. Parking can be annoying, park at the adjacent Walmart lot and walk over. Outdoor seating is nice, always clean and nice atmosphere–

Nice staff and very quick service as expected for any mexican grill. Decent price. More spicy then qdoba. I consider it the higher end taco bell. You do get what you pay for, but nothing special.

This chipotle is convenient. Right up the street next to Walmart. The store is very clean and the staff is nice. I always get tacos. The bowls have WAY TOO MUCH FOOD. I hate reheating left overs. Chipotle never disappoints. Definitely stop by if ur looking for something quick and sort of healthy to eat. Their chips are awesome too

Great steak, pork, and chicken. And now they do tofu! Really good tofu too. They sometimes skimp on the meat and gouge your wallet for a little guac, but everything they make is delicious.

I love Chipotle and can’t believe I haven’t written a review! I frequent the Glenwood Ave location at least twice a month, if not weekly. The lines can be long but the staff are friendly and efficient and the line moves quickly. I always order the veggie burrito bowl with brown rice, onions and peppers, hot sauce, pico, corn, cheese and guac. If they don’t have fresh jalapenos for me (they usually have them in the back), I ask for more hot sauce. It is a huge portion and for less than $ 7 I have 2 meals. Love having Chipotle in my hood!

I’m a huge fan of Chipotle and this is by far my favorite location in the Raleigh-​Durham area.
Great customer service where they don’t make you feel *as* rushed as your typical Chipotle. Similarly, they take more than .5s when they make your food, which has always resulted in gigantic portion sizes. Absolutely fantastic.
