Clairmont at Brier Creek

We have only been here a couple of weeks, and I will edit my review after we have been here a few months, but so far, we really love it. It is lovely, quiet, has great amenities, an outstanding staff, and is pretty convenient to shopping. They have a nice way of doing things, where the person who shows you the apartment initially is your «go-​to» person all the way through your stay. Our «go-​to-​guy» is Chris, and he has not hesitated to address even the tiniest of questions or concerns. I also was impressed by the maintenance staff when they came to address a couple of small items (like a few missed nail holes) on the move-​in checklist. They were eager to make the apartment perfect and even checked a few things, like the A/​C filter that weren’t on their work order because they were there. The other residents are friendly and very respectful and noise has not been an issue at all. The apartments feel well-​built and the walls are solid, unlike other places I have rented from in the past. The appliances and fixtures are of good quality as well, unlike the temporary apartment we stayed in downtown when we first moved here, which was much more expensive and had faucets that were made of some thin, cheap metal and plastic combo and then spray-​painted silver, and a ceiling fan that felt like it was going to fall from the ceiling whenever you turned it on. We are hoping to stay here for quite a while.

Moving from Bristol to Clairmont is the best move I have done since i move to NC, this place is really beautiful, quite, peaceful near with everything and specially near to my job. Definitely seeing myself staying here for awhile, and the staff are really friendly and helpful. Specially Darla she is the best!
