Don’t. Just don’t. Not worth the hassle of dealing with a terrible owner.

This place is a great place to live. I read the previous reviewer on here and agree that it is not a place for late night partiers. Most people that live here are professional adults and very friendly. Maintenance is done quickly and I believe they are upgrading the insides quite a bit. I see tons of contractors around the neighborhood and I know they’ve upgraded my kitchen while living here. Grounds are neat and well kept. The place emulates what you would think«Southern Raleigh» would be like. Close to a bus line, Jaycee Park and convenient for proximity to everything. The neighborhood surrounding is pristine and I’ve always felt safe here. Never met the owners yet. I’ve only seen the staff and property manager. The property manager, I love.

As long as you don’t rage-out late at night, keep your area attractive and tidy, and you pay your rent on time, you shouldn’t have any problems with the management. The owners are on-site frequently, and they can be a bit over-protective of the place. There are additional charges for a dryer, and there is one HUGE disadvantage too: you MUST renew your lease after 12 months, or move out. You CANNOT rent month-to-month(as far as I know at this time) after your lease is up. This could leave you scurrying to find another place or having to pass up opportunities later down the line. I left my place really clean when I moved out, and I got a full refund on my security deposit, so no problems there. Ideal for the responsible young-adult but you’re definitely looking for trouble if you’re looking to party and can’t keep your porch clean.
