Deluxe RDC Taxi Service

Very poor. I ended up canceling my taxi within minutes of ordering it, but the driver was right outside. I told him I had cancelled and apologized.
I WAS going to offer to pay him for his time, but he started yelling at me about who was going to pay for his gas and getting all upset. I handed him my credit card, which further upset him as I didn’t have cash (which is why I chose the company, said they accepted credit cards).
Overall, really poor customer service.
Wouldn’t recommend to anyone unless you was to be yelled at in a parking lot

Quite literally the worst.
I needed cabs for a team outing that evening, so the morning of, I found this place online.
I used their online booking tool to provide the time and pick-​up location for eight people, and a few minutes later I received a telephone call from the dispatcher. I repeated the time and requested two cabs. The dispatcher asked me to call back at 5pm to confirm the time and number. I thought that a third checkpoint was unnecessary but acquiesced.
At 5pm, I called and repeated the request, he confirmed two cabs would be waiting at our hotel at 6:50pm.
Right on time, a taxi van pulled up and kind of waved at us. I walked over and confirmed it was my cab, and asked where the other was. He asked how many people, I told him eight. He said «Oh, nine fit in this van.» I was doubtful but waved over my colleagues. Sure enough, it was a regular minivan that WOULD seat seven people, but only if half of them are small children. I asked him to call another cab, and a few of our group had to wait. In the cab, the driver hadn’t been told our destination, and we had to navigate him all the way there. Of course, there was no air conditioning and I was sweating buckets by the time we arrived.
When we were ready to leave, I called back (giving them the benefit of the doubt for the miscommunications earlier), and requested, as clearly and repetitively as I could, that we were a group of eight and would need two cabs. About 20 minutes later, I got another phone call to confirm, and I repeated myself yet again. Finally, one van showed up, and literally yelled at us from the other side (I guess he wanted all of us to jaywalk over?). I couldn’t tell what he was saying but at one point he was yelling my phone number for all the world to hear. He finally made a u-​turn and pulled over half a block down from where we were waiting. We walked over to him, confirmed he was our cab, and asked when the second cab was coming. He told us all to get in. I said, «You have six seatbelts, and we are 8. That is illegal, dangerous, and stupid.» He insisted, and finally peeled away without calling a second cab.
Incredibly unprofessional. Had we looked like haggard, broke, ignorant kids, maybe the request to have us pile in wouldn’t have been entirely unreasonable. But when you are dealing with 8 professionals, who had the courtesy to arrange transport in advance, and your company advertises luxury corporate service, something is very wrong with this picture.
We will never use this service again.
