I worked with Disaster One this Spring after the apartment community I managed was flooded with heavy rain. At around midnight, my Service Supervisor was up to his ankles in water flooding into a few apartment homes. I called around to two companies that did not respond quickly or said that they couldn’t arrive for hours. When I called Disaster One, I was contacted back immediately with a plan of action. They were over within the hour and spent the next few days taking care of the repairs. They were responsive, professional and efficient. They did not do anything more that would cost any additional expense on my end.
A week after the repairs, I received a kind note and chocolate covered strawberries and misc. fruit from their own Peyton Gosser. She is extremely professional, thorough in follow up and I will definitely be contacting them again for any of my restoration needs. I would definitely recommend them.
