D’Lynn Nettles – Pace Realty Group

This review is specifically to recommend D’LYNN NETTLES. I can’t speak highly enough of her professionalism and knowledge of the real estate climate in North Carolina. Her customer service is unsurpassed. As a real estate agent myself during my life in Connecticut, I have first hand knowledge of what clients expect from their realtor and D’Lynn goes above and beyond.
I’ve only known her for a little over a year. I don’t normally refer my friends to people because I don’t want any backlash if they aren’t satisfied but in this case, I had no hesitation referring not just 1 but 3 friends to D’Lynn so far who are relocating to North Carolina. Just to give you a glimpse, my friends had one day when visiting from CT to look for homes, D’Lynn took them out and showed them over 15 houses in areas from Raleigh to Cary to Apex in one day. This allowed them to see as much as possible during their limited time here and make the decision on where they ultimately wanted to plant their NC roots. She was there from selection, to inspection to closing.
Another example is a buyer who purchased a new home and several weeks after the closing had major water damage due to heavy rains. D’Lynn didn’t have to be involved as the closing had long since come and gone but she when she heard about the damage, she contacted the builders and went all the way to the top to fight for her client until they resolved the issue so the water problems wouldn’t occur again. Not only that, she got her client an upgrade on her flooring free of charge.
The stories can go on and on but basically you just need to know that you can put your faith in D’Lynn and know that she will find you the best home at the best price. Although home buying can be quite stressful, she will make the process as seamless as possible and along the way, you will make a friend.
