FYI, My husband, Andy, and I said farewell to the ‘burbs’ and moved to Downtown Raleigh 4 years ago. We absolutely love it! It was one of the best decisions we made in our lives. We go out to eat almost every night(amazing restaurants), we enjoy the fun nightlife(haven’t danced this much since college which was a while ago), we walk everywhere(to eat, drink, wine dinners and events, post office, bank, museums, ballet, dentist, health club, beauty salon). We hardly ever get in the car and when we do everything is so close. Since we live in a condo, there is no more lawn work-woohoo! We are so happy and really enjoy life!
