Dunkin’ Donuts

I got my free coffee!!! Dunkin is always a good choice in the morning. I expected it to be packed since it was National Coffee day but I wasn’t. The servers were very helpful and fast and let me know what was free and what wasn’t. I also got my donut holes. I forgot to ask for all glazed so the cashier gave me an assortment, so I just shared them with my office instead of being selfish.

This location is highly disappointing. Coffee order is never made right and doesn’t taste anything like the exact same delicious coffee I get at other locations. It tastes watered down and the chicken biscuits each time I have ordered them have been old and crusty. Very disappointing considering this is the only DD on my way to work. I will start going elsewhere if this poor quality continues.

Really good coffee and bagels that I got from here, place was clean, but the only problem was that the staff kept rushing me for some reason, not rude but like really?

Poor customer service at this location this morning. Store #334 786 this morning definitely disappointed me. Walked in at 11:27:11 am to purchase an ice cream cake. I walked up to the counter to see if someone could write ‘HBD’ on the cake. Mike informed me that the cake decorator wouldn’t be in till 4 pm. Then I proceeded to ask again since I couldn’t come back at 4 pm. Mike said, they don’t have time because there are 2 people in line inside & 6 people in the drive thru. And they come first. No apology from Mike. This is not what good customer service looks like to me. Incredibly sad since you all have jobs from the people who use your facility! On a side note, Añu was very nice to us and helped decorate the cake!

Craving for some sweet donuts this morning. I should stay with Starbucks instead. Coffee was so weak and definitely, I had better service than here…

I would never go back to this location again and will just drive a few minutes down the road to the McDonalds. The people working the drive-​thru were very rude and short and kept rushing me as I was trying to speak my order to them. I ordered a coffee with very little cream and splend. When I got my coffee, it had no cream in it and looked like water. When I took a sip, there was no hint of Splenda being added to it. I would expect much better quality coffee from a donut place, as the two go hand in hand. And as far as the customer service goes, it is probably some of the worst I have had before.

Eek! Methinks not, is absolutely right.
Poor customer service, we asked for a minute at the drive through since I had not been to one in forever and the lady hurried me over and over; and then got my order completely wrong. After having this type of frustration if anything else doesn’t taste the way it should you just believe it’s rooted to the source and their intended services. Coffee tasted like water with a splash of coffee. –_​– This is not a bad review, I am just speaking of my first experience.
Like they say, you only have one chance to make a first impression.

Coming from the lands of Dunkin’ (Chicago and Boston), where Dunkin’ outnumbers Starbucks, I have visited quite a few, and probably had everything on their menu, in nearly every combination.
So, why am I a fan of this one? Well, first, it has friendly staff. I don’t have the patience for anything less. And they are fast, even during the morning rush. Golden child.
Their products are consistent with what I expect and have had from Dunkin’. So when you are in the mood for a Boston Crème and one of their coffee’s — this is a place to go. It’s easy to get to, got decent hours, and meets the standards of the chain (I did not check out the bathroom so no thoughts on that… but I have no reason to be fearful).
