Eastern Turf Maintenance

We have used Eastern Turf Maintenance for over a year and our lawn has never looked better. We have used two different lawn services previously with poor results. Our lawn this year is the envy of our neighbors. We highly recommend their service and am perplexed by the other two reviews as we found them to be very professional and effective.

Decided to use Eastern Turf based on a neighbors recommendation, boy was I mistaken… Though e neighbors yard does look very nice.
The price is pretty reasonable. Did the 6 application plan and had high hopes… Our yard was in decent shape… Though we have 2 dogs that have done a little damage (wasn’t looking for that area to be looking great)
The problem was after the 2^nd application I started noticing weeds (dandelions) and crabgrass… also noticing brown and dead spots and was giving them the benefit of the doubt based on the rain… I was like what is this. This can’t be my yard
Was thinking they were coming out for the 3^rd application and was thinking this should help and kill the weeds and crabgrass. they came and guess what… nothing changed except it was getting worse and a major attack of scourge was hitting the yard…
Called and had them come out to spray… Got the notice that they did. And it’s even worse…
Called and cancelled and they didn’t even ask why I was canceling, they were like ok… I guess they don’t care about their customers…

We have a new baby, so I don’t have quite the time to put into my yard as I would like. We paid up front for lawn care service that included spraying for weeds, fertilizing, and basic lawn treatments throughout the summer. They would go several weeks between any service/​treatments and only call an hour or so before hand when they did come out. A set schedule would have been nice. They failed to kill any weeds and continued to fertilize them which overran my back yard and its starting to look really bad in the front. I called to complain and asked them not to continue to feed the weeds and the person on the phone could have cared less that I was unhappy with the service. I canceled my service and they seemed to not care seeing as how I already paid for all the treatments. Their residential service is unprofessional and unreliable.
