EDDIE IS THE MAN!
As a first time homebuyer, Eddie inspected my home in Durham.
He was beyond helpful during the inspection segment of the process.
And I totally found him on Unilocal. (Hi readers!)
He responded at the speed of light to my online request for a quote — Over a holiday weekend, no less!
In fact, he was the first out of about ten inspectors I emailed!
We were looking to close relatively quickly, and he was able to book an appointment to inspect the house within one week.
His prices are definitely competitive in comparison to what others are charging in the area.
His report was thorough and factual.
He emailed it to me a few hours after he completed the inspection.
(Talk about customer service!!)
Because I was going through the seven stages of home buying and acting like a crazy person, I was very grateful that he took extra time to talk to me on the phone the following day to answer more of my newbie homebuyer questions.

I rely on Eddie (EC Does It Home Inspections) to do All of my Pre– Inspections for my Listings. When I List a home to Sell I want to make sure it is staged and prepared to Sell fast! Having a Pre-​Inspection helps me find items that need to be repaired or replaced. I want to make sure I protect the Seller by making sure repairs are done before Listing it. When faced with buying a home you need an inspector who gives attention to detail. Eddie takes the extra time needed to uncover defects in the property.
