So after dealing with multiple maintenance issues with the«management» here, the icing on the cake came last night when a knife and gun fight broke out in the parking lot. Multiple shots fired and police were on the scene. The apartment management? Their only emergency number is for MAINTENANCE, nothing for the safety and security of their residents. I would not not recommend this apartment complex to others.

Évaluation du lieu : 3 Raleigh, NC
I moved from Florida in 2010 and Edinborough was my first place. I remained there until Dec 2012. I understand some of the other reviews but my experience was overall positive. I had no issues with staff but it’s true some of the employees did change-I don’t know why but I never had a negative experience. The maintenance staff that was there(I guess it’s changed) were always nice and knowledgeable and quick. Parking was indeed a hassle especially at night, coming from work or class. I hated that and I was not going to pay for a «garage» for an extra $ 30. The biggest downfall was the cost of all of the a la carte items included with rent. Rent overall was a good price, coming from MIami, Florida but ithings were adding up and yes many of the furnishings in the apartments were outdated for what they wanted. I wish Edinboroguh had some type of incentive of leasees who renewed their lease, like taking $ 100 off the rent, or include a free washer and dryer, something that would make someone stay. would’ve stayed bc really my experience was pleasant. As I looked around other places, I found more affordable rent but ultimately, purchasing a house got more bag for your buck obviously. It is located in a great spot really but It wasn’t worth the money which is why I left. Again, I had no issue with staff or anyone else for that matter. I had a very nice sized apartment but they really needed to update things especially if they kept increasing rent(maybe they did after I left, who knows). Do yourself a favor do your hw first and research the surrounding apartments before you make a move. You will pay for gas and electricity, washer and dryer is extra, trash fees(there’s no other option). It all adds up. So that rent that’s advertised for $ 682 will be closer to $ 800 after everything, consider that.
