A certain hovering, obnoxious saleswoman at this location. Friendly but overbearing. I agree with other reviewers– go to the Cary store for a better selection and better, less pushy service.
Are the sales people at this location under terrible pressure to produce sales or did I just have an unpleasant experience with one person? Whatever, did not like it.

DO NOT BUY FURNITURE FROM THIS LOCATION! I love Ethan Allen furniture and am very happy with how my home turned out despite the many issues with staff, management and delivery. My family has been buying Ethan Allen furniture exclusively for the past 15 years and have never experienced such unfriendly disrespectful personnel. Do yourself a favor and go to another location or order online. I recommend the Cary location. They have always been wonderful and made sure the entire experience is seamless.

Please beware!!! The warranty for ALL fabric at Ethan Allen is only good for 1 year! Just a minor detail that was not communicated to me. I spent well over $ 2000 on a sofa, only to find that 2 years later the fabric would become frayed and discolored. The sales associates at Ethan Allen North Hills were not helpful. However, they did give me a referral for a repair shop. I will never buy furniture from Ethan Allen again.

Ethan Allen is a pleasant local furniture store providing thousands of pieces of furniture and design for remodeling and decorating. As is most furniture stores, Ethan Allen is pricey and expensive, yet their selection of goods is fabulous.

We’ve had pretty good luck with one of the sales ladies, Sabrina, who was super patient with my picky parents. She made great suggestions and offered lots of options. Totally professional, and we’ll be buying from here — specifically from her!

I will never ever ever buy at this store again. Worst attitudes ever!!! Beware the parking hag who stands at the door guarding spaces for customers who never come!
