Extra Space Storage

First impression was very clean and secure! Staff was all very nice and welcoming. Entire process was smooth and was able to get more space for my money compared to other self storage companies. Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for self storage.

Great service, met needs immediately after listening to what I was needling to store. Walked me through the whole process, which was painless, and thanked me when I moved my things out. Amazing!

Very clean space and support people are curteous and make everything very easy

Provided remote application to reserve my unit until I got in town. When I got town I was even more pleased they offered remote because they only had one unit left and it would not have been big enough! Space was very clean, their dollies for helping made the move even faster! Staff super easy and enjoyable to work with!

BEWARE: ROACHES, ROACHES, ROACHES… AND MORE ROACHES! I needed a temporary place to store a few things from my home. I noticed on several occasions that ROACHES were crawling on the walls and overhead wiring in my storage unit. They clearly were coming from another unit either next to mine or adjacent to it. The other possibility is that the facility itself is home to these nasty ROACHES. I am super clean and organized. I’ve never had a bug problem, ever! I was so disgusted by this matter that I moved my things out and took them home. I refused to take those items into my home. Instead, I moved them into a shed in my back yard and had a professional pest control technican come and treat the shed, etc. I beg you, please choose another facility, unless you like ROACHES. Also, with any facility you choose, make sure to ask if they have or ever had a pest control problem. You have a right to know! It’s in your best interest!

The facility is great. They were happy to hold it for me longer than usual because of my scheduled move being pushed back. William was so helpful with me and my friends as we moved in. He had helped us take care of our fallen comrade who got a pretty nasty cut in a fall over a mattress. He stayed a little later when we broke a tv at the last minute. He always calls me back in a timely fashion, which helps because I am out of town. I love that the truck rental was free! Great place to do business. I agree wholeheartedly with Mische E. And they take American Express, and hardly no one does nowadays.

My experience was nothing short than spectacular, professional, and courteous. I highly recommend Extra Space Storage! Exemplary customer service by far. They were quite thorough and the location was impeccably clean and well organized.

I recently used this company because my daughter is in college in Raleigh and she needed a small storage space for the holiday season due to the fact that she had to move all of her things out of the dorm and we didn’t want to bring everything back to Florida, where we live. I called and spoke to a young lady over the phone, she was very helpful and friendly. I made most of my daughter’s arrangement over the phone with great easy. This transition was very easy and convenient. After my daughter placed her items in the storage she said that she felt comfortable with the facility. We will use this storage space again! We recommend this company to anyone who needs a storage facility.

I absolutely love these guys. The facility is solid — clean, secure, good lighting, etc. everything I needed to feel good about my belongings being there for a while. In making the initial decision, having access to the moving truck sent me to Extra Space. But to top all of that off, Bill made me SO happy I’d picked them. He’s extremely easy to work with and he has a great sense of humor. This was, by far, the easiest part of my entire moving experience. Highly recommend them.
