Falls Pointe Medical Group

The providers are amazing… the main reason I keep going back. But I don’t think I’ve ever been seen at the time my appointment was made. Even if I show up 10 minutes early. Expect to wait awhile to be seen.

Group for about 6 years. They always seem to get you worked in if it’s an emergency and have never been rushed when meeting the Dr. I always see the same Dr except when he is off then we see the same backup Dr and she is wonderful and very caring and concerned and knows our records too. Personally we have only had good experiences with the Drs here and recommends them to family and friends.

I think the search for a primary care physician is always ongoing because there is little to no transparency in the medical profession. That being said, I’ve had a fairly good experience with Falls Pointe Medical Group (part of the WakeMed Specialty Physicians group). They are located in the WakeMed North complex at Durant and Falls of Neuse. The downside is that I’ve had a different doctor each time I’ve visited them. The upside is that someone always seemed to be available and they reviewed my chart well enough to know my conditions and then spent time talking to me… a rarity and something that I didn’t get at CFP&SM. The doctors have been fairly prompt in getting my lab results back to me and I haven’t had to pester them for prescription refills. So far, it’s been a very positive experience. The 4-​star rating is because I have low expectations of physician practices and they seem to be competent and caring.
