If only all my transactions at businesses were as smooth, quick, pain free, and efficient as those I have experienced here. I have dealt with Bill on several occasions and he has always been friendly, prompt, and done a great job with my printing and packaging needs. I am always in and out far quicker than the time I expected to spend.

Always understaffed. Be prepared to stand in line for a while. Also, do not get quotes from this place. Was quoted $ 75 to for an item that I brought to them measurements. Went back two days later and was charged $ 189 for the same box. Stay away.

Yes! They have a new printer that will hook up to your usb or Dropbox making it that much quicker to get in and out. Now if only wifi here wasn’t terrible then maybe I’d stay longer ;)

Not convenient!
I had a package I wanted to have packed and shipped. I went in to the office on December 15 and only one employee was working. When she was able to help me, she asked me if I had an account. I did not and said hat I just wanted to pay, get a tracking number and then leave. After 15 minutes of watching her dig for boxes, I asked if I had to watch the packing process. I was told again about making an account. I said I would but was still curious about the cost. I was told it would be about $ 80. I left, being told I would receive an email with tracking number later that evening.
The following day I received an invoice for about $ 180. I called and was told that is just the way it is.
In the future, I will just do this sort of thing myself. I wanted convenience and received lack luster services.
Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.

I received EXCELLENT service here. I came to print and send a resume with no real idea of what I was doing. The wonderful staff, whose name is escaping me, helped guide me through the process and was very helpful. The store was clean and well organized. I got in and out fast and would recommend to others.
