Went by to get a vintage oval painting re-​framed and a print matted — there was another customer in the shop so I got helped by another person. The 1st person who helped me initially quickly checked what I needed and when I told her I needed an oval frame, she said that the shop only had several selections on hand and that I should go to Michael’s/Jerry’s since I looked over the selection and did not like any of them. Errr, someone coming into a custom framing shop is NOT going to go to Michael’s or Jerry’s for the piece they are wanting to get framed.
The 2nd person didn’t know what she was doing. At all. She seemed perpetually confused when I was explaining what I needed and did not try to work out with me what I meant.
I got outta there so fast I broke the space-​time continuum.

My wife had a pictured framed here for her brother and new wife. It turned out great, but it was quite expensive. Fortunately, mother-​in-​law was footing the framing bill!
