I absolutely adore this place. They always have something great, and things fit so perfectly. They also steam their stuff. I’ve had no problems with the quality of their clothing either. I’ll run in their sometimes for a quick thing and they always help me find something great to wear! Can’t say enough positive things about this place. Also their clearance is great!

Francesca’s is an inexpensive boutique-style chain that features bohemian-chic clothing and gifts. It caters to a pretty young demographic– high school to 20-somethings– and you can expect to find dresses and skirts on the shorter side. I enjoy coming here and sorting through the clothing and while it is very affordable, I find that their sizing/materials are often a bit cheap for my tastes. However, every once and a while, I strike gold. Saturday I walked out with two very cute going-out dresses that are both unique and flattering. Just don’t expect things to be lined. Customer service is a bit ehhh at this location– no one greeted me at the door and you could hear the bored associates talking and gossiping throughout the store. Dressing rooms had a ton of clothes left inside of them, although I was able to snag one of the three without a wait. Later, while my friend was trying on her selections, there was a wait and no where to stand– everyone was in the way of everyone else and it was a bit frustrating. I do love coming here to find unique gifts for friends and the occasional dress, but overall I prefer to skim the sales racks of better quality clothing stores.

A more affordable version of Anthropologie. I was quite smitten with Francesca’s. I’ve actually never heard of the store before so I stopped in on a fluke, and was pleasantly surprised. This store is totally my style. Very trendy/cute clothing and very affordable. Anthropologie is probably my favorite clothing store but I can never seem to afford anything from there :(. I would say that Francesca’s is comparable in style but definitely not price :) Of course the décor of Francesca’s is no comparison to Anthro but I am willing to forgo that aspect if the clothes are 50% or more cheaper. You can find cute dresses for $ 50 or less. They always have a ‘pick of the week’ and that item will be 20% off. This week was this super cute black dress that had orange fall leaves all over it. Be ready to have to look through several racks to find your new outfit. I will definitely stop by this store any time I am passing by.

Holy, holy — talk about a customer service nightmare. I’ve been a fan of Francesca’s since stepping into one in Cincinnati, Ohio years ago. I tend to stop in to check out their unique trove of baubles and clothing any time I cross the path of one of these boutiques. So during a stroll through my new neighborhood, I popped into the Cameron Village location, and at first all seemed peachy. I was greeted cheerfully by a voice behind the counter and I called back a hello and started wading through colorful scarves and dresses. And then my shopping experience took a nose dive. I was just browsing and didn’t need much in the way of assistance. Still — I could have done without the two young sales associates complaining *loudly* about a guest who’d just left. The young man(crap — I’m getting old) referred to the woman a b*tch trying to cause him trouble and gave an elegant soliloquy to the entire store highlighting his desire to slap her should she return. Nice dude. Real classy. Then, a young girl came out of the dressing room in a dress and wondered out loud if they might have any belts to go with it. The two associates(now sitting on the counter together, thumbs ablazing on their cell phones) pointed vaguely to the back. No one hopped up to show her exactly where they were? Maybe pick out a couple that might look fantastic with her dress? Sonuva… this girl and her mother were out to drop some benjamins on a new wardrobe. The girl wanted the belt off a mannequin, but was being completely ignored(I got the distinct feeling they didn’t want to go through the trouble of removing it for her). At any rate, I’m(not so) secretly hoping the owner gets her eyes on this review and keeps a closer watch on what’s going on in her boutique. This was an unbelievable case of tacky customer service, and I’d hate to let something like that turn guests off to this cool little boutique.

I love Francesca’s– it’s a great, affordable boutique that sells cute clothing, jewelry and more. I went with 3 of my girlfriends and we had so much fun trying on dresses and jewelry. We all left with something– I got a fun dress($ 44) that I can wear out or(with a cardigan) to work, and two pairs of earrings… one pair was $ 12 and the other was $ 2.95. I can’t wait to check out Francesca’s in Atlanta!
