Wow. We had previously tried cookies from the other place on Hillsborough and were highly disappointed with the service and the quality. Get Baked has changed our impression of delivery cookies! I called on a Friday night and was immediately greeted by a friendly man named Lewis, who turned out to be the owner. We ordered a dozen cookies and when they were out of Snickerdoodles, Lewis suggested the Heath Bar instead. Not being a big fan of Heath Bars we opted for another choice. In 15 minutes Lewis himself was at our door with warm, delicious cookies… and a Heath bar cookie «just to try!» What a great experience. We will be back for sure.

Cookies are edible but the management will disappoint even their loyalist of customers. Never open, rude and very unorganized. I call and ask what time they’ll be closing so I can drive out to get cookies and they are closed when I arrive. Not even the best of cookies are worth this nightmare of a business model. A customer shouldn’t have to diligently seek out service that they are promised. Good concept but horrible execution.

Get Baked is a new shop that opened up on Hillsborough Street across from Zaxby’s, perfect for NC State & Meredith students. They offer warm, fresh cookies, smoothies & shakes, and pretzels. They also deliver! We walked in to buy smoothies and cookies. The cookies were warm and very good! The smoothies tasted good as well.
