I love Gingerbread House florist!!! The ladies there are simply the best around. I went in to get some flowers for my sister’s birthday not really knowing what I wanted and they treated me like I was the most important person in the world. They were so gracious and really took the time to help me. They went above and beyond normal customer service. They really listened and were genuinely interested in my thoughts and opinions. I was blown away with how helpful they were! It is so very rare these days. They worked their behinds off to make the most awesome arrangement for my sister and were able to stay within my budget. They even delivered it for me too which made my sister very happy and surprised to get an unexpected flower arrangement at work. She was the talk of her department. I would recommend Gingerbread House florist to anyone who needs flowers. They are thoughtful, extremely professional and have some of the best designers around. It was like talking with my best friend when ordering and figuring out what I wanted. They were never pushy and didn’t try to up-​sell me anything. I wish there were more than 5 stars to give as this locally owned business truly deserves it. Do yourself a favor and go talk with them the next time you’re in need of flowers for any occasion.

I highly recommend Gingerbread house florist. The customer service I received was Outstanding! I ordered a plant to be delivered as a birthday gift and the person I sent it to was not home to accept delivery on the date of delivery. The folks at the florist were extremely patient and and took great care to ensure delivery was made when my recipient was home to assure the plant was not left outside in the cold. Their communication with me was impeccable. Very rare to get such great customer service. Well done.

I stopped by a few days before my wedding to order a bouquet. I’m flower-​illiterate, so I was only able to give the florist a vague description of what I was looking for. She nailed it! I picked my flowers up the morning of my wedding and they were PERFECT. My guests and I agreed that they were a beautiful addition to the day– and they look amazing in my photos.

My husband only buys flowers from Gingerbread House! They are the most beautiful arrangements and last forever. Delivery is always on –time and for years they never fail to deliver the best arrangements. Highly recommend.

I consider this to be my neighborhood florist and have used them for years. Last weekend, I had a horrible experience picking up a boutonnière for prom. After waiting in line for about 15 minutes, I was next in line. The owner/​former owner asked me if I had a ticket. I told her I did not, and she snidely told me that she had to take care of those who had a ticket first. Even the lady that she waited on instead of me felt uncomfortable and said to me she should have helped me first. I was floored. I had placed an order in advance, and after waiting in line for she changed the rules and suddenly had to help someone in line behind me? If I didn’t need it that day I would have gone somewhere else. I refuse to go there again, and this weekend I needed another boutonnière and chose Davenports at 5 Points. Hate to go out of my way, but no way will I allow someone to treat me differently based on her own biases.

I ordered flowers for Valentine’s Day to be delivered and they was late and when they was delivered they were dead. I called the store and they said they had a problem, but all the orders was redone. I told her that the flowers was dead and the owner had an attitude. I was upset they went to my girlfriends work and looked like that. So I was very unhappy. She got off work and took them by there they did make it right and she apologized to her and said she was sorry about getting attitude with me. It’s just frustrating and I will probably not use them again.

Had flowers delivered to a friend in the hospital. They were delivered promptly, and my friend was floored. The pictures of the flowers were exactly as I had requested over the phone. I truly felt I got my money’s worth. Based on my experiences with other florists, this is very rare. Thank you for a job well-​done! (I was the superstar friend for going old-​school and having flowers delivered to the hospital.)
