Consumer beware before ordering a Metagrip thumb brace from Handlab. The instructions for determining size on their website is not 100% accurate and if you go by that alone and order and have to exchange the product for another size, you will be responsible for the return shipping on both ends. Handlab will not take responsibility. This is what happened to me, so in the end I spent almost $ 27 in just shipping costs. I do like the product however, but feel their exchange policy is not consumer friendly and their representative Skip was very callous in dealing with my frustrations. I would rate their product much higher, but this low rating is for their customer service.
