I feel like a kid at a candy store. Best place to buy tools bc it is so cheap. Tools are of average quality, I mean, they’re not Snap-​on but it does the job. They will try and sell you warranty at check out each and every time which gets old but this place is awesome even still

I bought a Cycle Tree Compast Bike Storage online after seeing a friends. Thought it solved my bike storage issues really well. Paid $ 40 plus $ 6 in shipping. The rack arrived in a huge cardboard box, that was partially taped shut, with parts sticking out the top, a smaller box taped up inside with some of the hardware, no invoice and anybodies guess on how to assemble. While I understand accidents happen with Fed EX, what I dont understand, is all over HF web site it states to call this 800 for replacement parts.
When I called I was asked to email my request, I hit zero a bunch of times and got a customer noservice rep in the UK. I was told I would have to 5 to 7 days for parts, after the request was made which would take 3 to 4 days. When I requested a copy of the invoice I was told that could not be done until the next day, in actuality it took 3 days to arrive in my email. I sent a email to Eric Smidt president of HF, with no repsonce to their horrible customer service. When I called today which is the 9^th day I was given a tracking # which showed the parts not arriving for another 3 to 4 more days.
End results: I would not buy online from this company, there is no support system in place should you have problems.
