Don’t come here if your in a rush!
No fast food here! Waited over 15 mins for food today unreal I’ve seen dead people move faster than the people working here!

We stopped at this Hardee’s today and noticed they had a new hamburger with grass fed beef so we decided to try one. It was absolutely delicious! The best hamburger Hardee’s has ever had! I hope it is going to be a permanent item on the menu!
Our two daughters have been on the Paleo diet for a couple years now and they were excited to hear about it too as long as they can get it with a lettuce bun.
I can’t wait to go back and get another one!

I come here at least twice a week to enjoy the best chicken tenders. Let me be clear here my low rating is entirely because of the same person who has served me every time I come in. I have not wished to leave a bad review but Ive had enough of it. This guy is constantly leaving me at the counter looking lost until he finally takes my order and has the demeanor of a prisoner of war who is really hating his life. Last time the cook had to call attention to the fact I was at the counter. I have been pleasant with him and thanked him for bringing my food to which I was responded with a sound like hummpphh. I can certainly see why they are hiring if this is the sort of people working at this location. Hell honestly Im not expecting great service but dude can you not just do the bare minimum? I dont feel thats asking for too much… I mean theres only me in here. –_–

Food good though not fast food always slow

Worst service! They did not create our order until we pulled up to the window. This created an extremely long wait time.

The service is so beyond sub-​par, it just stinks! I mean, they will bring the food to you, which is nice. And it takes a few, because they are cooking it right then. However, the attitudes of each and every person, almost each and every time — ugh!
Frankly, the service keeps me away, but the food calls me back every so often.

Of all the Hardee’s I have visited. This location is top notch! Its hard to get me to eat breakfast in the morning because I seem to be rather in a hurry. However, breakfast at this location will make you either quit your job or call in late (its that good!)
Price is very reasonable and yet the staff always seems to overstuff your tater-​tots on your visit. Everything is fresh, hot and yummy good. I have never had a bad experience at this location.
Also the burgers are great too! I highly recommend this place — and a gym membership too. :)

I do not really like the food that Hardees serves and that is more of a personal preference rather than a comment on the quality of their food. I do love their milkshakes. A few semesters ago I had a night class at Wake Tech and this Hardees was on the way for me. I often stopped in to buy a milkshake that I could take with me to class because class started at 6 and ended at 9 and I never had time for dinner. The milkshakes were really good. I had both the strawberry and the vanilla, but they only come in one size. My complaint does not involve the milkshakes, but the service. I am very polite. When I order food and the person says «Will that complete your order?» I always say «yes, thank you» When I am handed my food I always say «thank you! have a great night» I went to this Hardees about 15 or so times and never (NOT EVEN ONCE) did someone say «thank you!» or «you’re welcome». Once they handed me my food and I said «thank you» and the person at the window said «what?» so I repeated my thank you and their response was «uh huh». RUDE!!! I mean I know it isn’t Chick-​Fil-​A where no matter how many times you say «thank you» they have to respond with «my pleasure», but geez a «you’re welcome» or «thank you so much for buying milkshakes so that I can get a paycheck to pay for my cheap looking airbrushed nails» wouldn’t kill them. Just by the way I read these other reviews and I had no idea there was a student discount. I even asked the first time that I went and the person working said «no!». I do not live near this store and I will probably never go again.

This is one of the of the locations that is close to Wake Tech, and they are a decent place to eat. The main reason why I like Hardee’s is simple, the student discount. All Hardee’s everywhere, as far as I know, will give you an upgrade just for showing your school ID. All you have to do is order the Thickburger, then whip out that ID, slap it on the counter, and bada bing, bada boom. Free upgrade to a combo with fries and a drink. Disclaimer: Politely show the ID without slapping it down, that way people will not think you are crazy, unless you are crazy. You have to admit that is a good deal, order a burger, and get free fries and a drink. It is not the tiny fries, and the kids drink either. You have to admit, that is almost a $ 2.50 discount, which is tons better than the 10% that some other places give.
The food was good, and the service was great. For some strange reason, they had somebody sweeping the parking lot in 95 degree weather. But that only shows that they care, and want you to visit a clean store. The location is not that bad. Sure, it is at an intersection, but there is a stop light, so you don’t have to worry about getting hit crossing the street, depending on which way you come from. But that is true of most places, you have to turn sometime dontcha.

This particular Hardee’s seems to me to be in a bad location and kinda hard to visit since its at the intersection of a very busy Highway and heavy trafficked road. Though it might be in a bad location it is indeed a well managed restaurant. The service is fast and the food is always freshly cooked.
All the times I have visited this location I have received great customer service. For instance tonight I paid them a visit to try the new lightly breaded chicken strips and asked the the gentleman if he liked them. He replied yes and then offered me a strip to try for myself before I invested 8 dollars on a 5 piece combo. I have to tell you they exceeded my expectations! The dipping honey mustard and sweet barbecue sauce complemented them nicely. The onion rings are to die for if your into that. I personally prefer them over fires and Hardee’s makes some damn good ones.
I highly recommend this Hardee’s location to anyone in the area who doesn’t have time to sit in a typical restaurant or simply do not feel like cooking. It’s located across the street from 2 coffee shops and 2 grocery stores so it’s also somewhat convenient.
