Flew down to Raleigh to pick out home. We selected a rental property, submitted application and were waiting to be emailed our lease. We stressed that we were anxious to sign the lease to lock in the property and were told” we will hold it for you, we do not do business that way. Two days later, we were called and told that they had no apartment for us and we should call somewhere else. They had given the rental to someone who was moving in 2 weeks earlier. I guess money is more important than customer service. Very disappointed. As if moving isn’t stressful enough.
