Really good food with friendly and fast service. Should lower the prices a little cause Harris teeter isn’t too far away and they have cheaper subs. But JM is better than Harris Teeter

Where’s the Beef! Second time here in about a month and both times my big kahuna lacked the meat. Even after asking for extra meat and cheese, both times was all bread. Yesterday’s sub also tasted, well different. Today all I know is today we both have stomach aches and that was the only thing we ate yesterday. So something not right. We had Mike’s in Virginia for the first time about 3 years ago. It was awesome. I mean I ate line 3 on one week once. I have yet to have the same experience. We’ve been to about a dozen different Mike’s. Nothing was as good as the first, is it ever?

We gave this sub shop one more try and still couldn’t get the order right. My wife ordered a sub which should have consisted of Ham & Salami. When she brought it home it contained Ham &PEPPERONI. Seems the employees do not know the difference between the meats they are using. If you don’t stand there and watch each move they make you most likely will end up with the wrong items in your sub.

Not impressed! A tip all restaurant employees should understand is that gloves do not replace washing hands! The two gentleman were taking turns at the register and making subs! Where they set the meat is straight onto a rack that is filthy! Just unsanitary and gross! There are no options! Only two types of bread and no oven to make hot subs! Only one size drink. Prices are way too high! After all this I still have them a chance. My sub was boring and not all that good. You can go right across to Harris teeter and get a much more delicious sub in a sanitary kitchen with more variety for half the price! Will be sticking with that!

There are so many sandwich shops peppered throughout North Raleigh, but I like to come to this location for a few reasons. 1) The manager is very friendly and chatty, but not enough to make you uncomfortable. 2) The workers speak loud enough and not directly into the glass buffer making it easier for customers to understand what they are saying/asking. 3) Esoteric as it might be, teachers get free combo upgrades. So, for the price of a sandwich, I get the whole package. It’s also clean and right next to Starbucks.
