Extremely disappointed in JW. Order was delayed twice without contacting me. Only found out because I came in person and the order wasn’t ready — twice. In speaking to associates on the phone, I was told several different stories about the status and price of my prints. I was offered no apology for their mistakes, just a half-​hearted «we’ve been swamped.» They did discount the order, which I appreciate. I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere.
