Apartment complex number 2, life with a roommate in our 2 bedroom apartment.
Likes:
–Convenient location, right off of Highway 40
–Huge gym for an apartment complex
–Nice sized pool
–Car washing station and tennis courts
–Screening process for applicants is thorough
–Gated community
–Washer and dryer included
–Apartment was a nice size
Cons:
–Charged you a fee to pay online so I had to drop a check off at the office every month
–No microwave
–Lack of kitchen counter space
–Bug and rodent problem that did not seem to go away even with multiple visits from maintenance
–Parking could be a hassle, I used to have to park a few buildings away depending on when I got home
Unfortunately life with a roommate did not work out and a one bedroom apartment was a bit steep in price so I moved onward to apartment number 3.

My spouse and I moved in here 2 years ago when we found black mold in our house. We intended to stay a short time. The amenities and ease of living helped us to stay much longer. We highly recommend Legends!

San Diego, CA
I lived here for 1.5 years with my wife and we LOVED it. It was very quiet, except for the birds outside our window, but that is nobody’s fault! The gym was stocked with free weights and machines and they were always clean. Great pool and hot tub. The staff allowed us to break our lease due to a job transfer, and were extremely helpful during the transition. And for the money, it was a very nice community. The surrounding areas LOOK a little sketchy, but we never had any issues. Lots of restaurants and shops within a 3 minute drive and easy access to the I-​40 was an added bonus. It was a wonderful experience living at LCT!
