Just visited longhorn steakhouse and had a wonderful time. Our server(Sam) was so amazing. She was incredibly courteous and welcoming. The service was fast, the food was delicious and we look forward to our next visit. Thank you Sam and Longhorn Steakhouse for giving us such a memorable evening!

Visited this location on New Years Day and boy was it busy. We didn’t have a wait for a table but big parties were coming in as we sat. Our waitress was great she got our orders out to us quickly. One thing I will say about this location is they take pride in how they serve your food. I ordered the parmesan crusted chicken with mac and cheese and the pecan praline sweet potato casserole. The chicken was just right not too much sauce on the top. The mac and cheese noodles were cooked to perfection and the cheese sauce was rich and creamy and the pecan praline sweet potato casserole melted in your mouth. My date ordered the Renegade steak with lobster and shrimp with mac and cheese and mashed potatoes. He said the lobster and shrimp were cooked really well as well as the steak. The whole dish was very flavorable. They make the dishes appealing when they are placed in front of you. We got so much food we were stuffed so we had to go plates but it was well worth it!

Nice location but kitchen gets a fail. 3 steaks were cooked incorrectly. I ordered medium rare and got medium, sis ordered medium and got rare. Two of us did not return food and are glad since dis got jerky back when they put it back on grill. :(the crusted chicken had no more than a tsp of crumbs. Hardly crusted. The waiter barely spoke to us and he seemed overworked. He was doing his best but the kitchen was not helping. The sweet potato casserole was very watered down and lacked flavor. The Caesar salad was also poorly tossed. The hits of the night was the ribeye, garden salads and the fried shrimp.

Good family place. Good quality food at reasonable prices and kid friendly. Might sound like faint praise, but those elements are harder to find than one might think and very good service to boot. I think they knocked it out of the park for a chain restaurant and me and the fam will definitely be coming back.

Not impressed, poor lady working the bar area, needed assistance. The kitchen didn’t know the difference between clam chowder and cheese broccoli soup. Food was mediocre at best. Probably won’t go back.

Our party of six was seated right away on a Thursday evening around 7:30. A few of us ordered chicken breasts and they were extremely tender. I had a couple of bites of my husbands prime rib and it was very tender as well. The bread came out nice and warm. Side salad tasted very fresh. Server was very attentive. A couple of us had to take to go boxes because of the portion.

I miss the times when your wait staff actually listened to your order and filled it as ordered. Our waiter either couldn’t understand English or didn’t care. I ordered my steak medium, it came out well. My son ordered raspberry lemonade and was given raspberry tea. Finally I ordered peanut butter cheesecake to go only to find once home he gave me banana cream pie… These things make a person not want to return.

Came in for dinner a couple nights ago. We sat down and knew we wanted 2 baskets of bread, even told our waiter to bring 2. He only brought one, then took 15 mins to bring out another. The service started out bad but we thought maybe he just had a bunch of tables, once the restaurant cleared we realized the server just didn’t care. My steak came out more toward well than medium rare but it was still good, the Mac and cheese which they charge $ 1 more for was horrible, even though I didn’t want another side I was still charged $ 20 for my steak. The ribs my boyfriend had were horrible as well but he was so hungry he ate them anyways. No manager came over to our table. Dessert was the most disappointing, the pumpkin spice lava cake. We’re almost 90% sure it was just Carrot cake. Won’t be back. Sat for 15 minutes, trapped waiting for the check!

For a standard chain steakhouse these folks cook up a pretty decent prime rib when available. I’ll typically grab a quick bite for dinner at the bar on the way home from time to time. Friendly, quick service there and you can normally avoid the wait for a table, which can take a while depending on what time you arrive.

Add this to the growing list of chains that used to be good. USED to be… I ordered a ny strip cooked medium. What I got was NOT a ny strip! The steak, if you can call it that, was ¼ inch think, well done, and tasted like it was rancid. The 2 stars are for the manager who took my meal off the bill and also comped the appetizer, which was the tasty Thai shrimp. But, with so many places to choose from, we will not be back.

Stopped in for lunch and was very disappointed. The service was slow and the food was terrible. One person in our party ordered a prime rib sandwich and there was one small piece of over cooked meat that did not resemble prime rib. Others at our table ordered steak and all were low quality cuts of meat. Will not return. Stick to Outback if you want a decent chain restaurant steakhouse.

We came in for dinner last night around six. Our server was horrible! When he was taking our order, he was more interested in getting his buddy’s attention(another server) than listening to what we were ordering. I ordered prime rib which came with a salad and a side. My husband ordered the porterhouse with a salad. He brought my husband his salad and I didn’t get one. After I finally git his attention again, he said I didn’t order a salad that I ordered a baked potato and mashed potatoes. Lol why would I order mashed potatoes with a baked potato? When I told him he made a mistake, he laughed and walked away. I did get my salad eventually. He brings our check and we give him our credit card. He brings us back someone else’s check and someone else’s credit card! Our server ruined our meal thank you very much. For the amount of money we spent, I will go somewhere else next time.

Im on a worldwide tour of the local chain steakhouses and the LONGHORN was the destination this week. What can I say the food was delicious! It was a short wait for Sat evening and was well worth the trip. I had the Outlaw Ribeye with a baked potatoe and the grilled chicken tortellini soup. Everything was cooked to the temperature selected. The drinks were nice and strong. I will be returning shortly. Also great service provided by LUTHER!

Decided to go there last night. We were greeted by a not-so-friendly hostess and told it was a 20 minute wait. We waited and got a beer at the bar. 4.99 for a pint is pretty steep to me, but whatever. We ordered the battered asparagus. It was pretty good. I ordered the four cheese pasta because I was craving noodles for some reason and my fiancé ordered a steak. Both were very good. Our waitress Chrissy(spelling?) was very friendly and very helpful. Nothing special but it’s a chain so… Overall pretty good

I love this longhorn! Always have good service, great food and I’ve never had to wait that long. I’ve ordered to go from here and it was done promptly and correctly as well. If you are in the mood for a steakhouse this is always a reliable, yummy option!

Came here on Super Bowl Sunday and it wasn’t bad here at all because it was still filled with the after church crowd. This was my first time at this specific Long Horn. my bestie and I were seated immediately. Our server was Alfredo and he took a bit, but only because he was getting the order or the table next to us and they were taking forever! We ordered Diet Cokes first and he came back with those and the yummy bread! I am a little disappointed in their appetizers. They are definitely geared for a more foodie crowd. I kind of wanted some greasy fried Texas stuff and it’s fairly limited on their newest change up. I ordered the outlaw ribeye with baked potato and my bestie got the regular ribeye with Caesar salad and broccoli. Food came out in an adequate time. Hers was cooked perfectly for medium rare and mine was medium well when I had asked for well done. We caught Alfredo’s attention and he took the steak and it was remedied fairly fast. A manager came by to apologize and my steak was fine the second round. I also normally get he NY Strip, but I changed it up. I will probably return to NY Strip because the ribeyes here are overly fatty. That may not always be the case, but both of ours were extremely fatty. The food was tasty though and my baked potato was amazing! Our drinks never went dry and we never had to ask for refills so Alfredo was awesome and I would probably come back again if I could resist carinos next door!

This was a pleasant surprise. We enjoyed ourselves. The food was good quality for the price and the serving staff was on point.

Came here for lunch on a weekday. Relatively busy, but seated with no wait. I had the 8oz sirloin, friend had the 11oz ribeye. It was possibly the most juiciest, perfectly cooked medium steak I’ve had from a chain restaurant. the dessert sampler, however, is not worth the money. The brownie was hard :(

In a continuation of the steakhouse trials, we stopped by LongHorn steakhouse for a lunch during a normal weekday. My husband ordered the Rancher’s Sirloin with green beans, I got the ½ strawberry salad with a French onion soup, and our son got the kid’s mac and cheese. The bread appetizer that came out was very good, comparable to the kind of bread you get at Outback Steakhouse. I had to keep my son from eating the whole basket before the meal came out. The entrees all came out at the same time. My salad was really good, and although the French onion soup wasn’t made with gruyère, it was still good. I loved the little bacon cheese chips that came with the meal; it was an unexpected treat. My husband’s steak was really awesome with the fried egg on top. I think too many restaurants underestimate how well eggs compliment beef. He thought the steak part was really great, but the green beans were mediocre. He didn’t finish them. My son’s macaroni and cheese was labeled as being made the«Kraft» way, but a few burnt pieces means they probably kept it heated, or baked it. In any case, he wasn’t happy with it differing from the stove top boiled method. He liked the fries okay, but didn’t finish his meal. At $ 4.49 though, it’s not a huge loss. I thought the lunch prices were very reasonable, $ 8 for my soup/salad and $ 13.50 for the steak. I wish they had a few more low-carb options for sides(broccoli, salads, cabbage soup…) but it still fits in okay with the Keto diet my husband’s on. The service was definitely one of the shining points of the meal. Our waitress Heather was constantly looking for ways to make us happy, and we felt totally welcome here. I wouldn’t mind coming back again if I’m in the Brier Creek area.
