For my granddaughter’s Easter pictures this year, we booked a session at this location. First, I will say that my granddaughter is VERY active; in fact the photographer said she was the most active child she’d ever tried to photograph. As Jon O. said, the place they put you to take the pictures was junky, but they did a pretty good job with the pictures. Some complaints were putting her with a white bunny while sitting on a white chair; no contract. Because of trouble with her being still, she looked pretty stupid in some of the pictures.
My main complaint though is with how misleading they were about pricing. We were quoted a price by phone of $ 29.95 for the sitting and 2 pictures, then each additional sheet was to be $ 10, which is pretty high. When we went to pay, we were charged $ 39.95, which didn’t sit well with us, and then told each additional sheet was $ 20. At that point, we just paid the $ 29.95 and left.
Since then, we have left 2 or 3 voicemails, actually spoke with someone who told us the manager would call us back, but she/​he never did, and I’ve emailed them through their website AND Facebook.
Here it is, almost Christmas, and we have yet to be contacted in any way. The one time any of us got to speak with a human, we were just told that those prices had never been quoted to us. Really? $ 20 a sheet? Are they insane? JC Penneys took the baby’s pictures last Christmas and we paid $ 3 or $ 4 a sheet and they were better pictures.
I won’t say who it is, but even my dentist told me they were too high. That was after the fact!

I haven’t spent a lot of time in photography studios but this one seemed pretty run of the mill. The prices were average and the service was very good. The place itself is jammed packed with props and set make up which makes it a little uncomfortable to be in as you feel like you are standing in the midst of a flee market/​junkyard combination. But none the less, once the final prints of our pictures came out the end result belied the clutter surrounding us.
