Not too bad, not the greatest. I had the fish sandwich off the daily specials menu. It was over cooked, dark brown on the outside and very dry on the inside. Not inedible though. The house chips were pretty dark as well and tasted a little burned. Not the worst meal I have had but probably won’t be back.

A pretty popular, family-friendly bar/restaurant. There’s a variety on the menu, and the food is good. If you’re looking for a bar with an older crowd, this is a good option.

The pizza is really great here. But I’ve never been and had stellar service. The hostess I am used to running in to has a scowl, doesn’t speak, and just sits you at your table. I’ve waited forever for refills, if in fact I got one at all. If management would look at their customer service, like REALLYLOOK, they’d see it’s lacking. The pizza is amazing. Salads are mediocre. Customer service sucks.

This place was such a pleasant little surprise. My friend moved out that way and the shopping center where Manchester’s is located was nearby. The day I helped her move, we stopped in and had some of the best food I had eaten in a while. For me, I’m a sucker for a good, fried goat cheese salad, and their fried goat cheese salad with shrimp is fantastic! I also recommend the salmon & poached pear salad. The pears are ridiculously good!(like as in, you will be talking about it for days) Every time I go, there are families scattered about with kids during the day and people at the bar having HUGE burgers and watching sports. I’m sure the burgers are amazing, but I’ve just never been that hungry. They look delicious. It’s a little off the beaten path, but seriously… do yourself a favor and drop by. The staff is super-friendly, the food is awesome and you’ll be glad you did.

Yeah!!! After 3 years here in Raleigh, we finally found a decent thin crust pizza! While Bella Mia was good, it’s a bit of a hassle getting a seat with out a reservation. Manchester’s is easy in/easy out and has Great Thin Crust Pizza! To the guy who gave them one star and brought their average down, you’re an idiot! Don’t slam something that you’re too unsophisticated to understand! This place is 20 miles from home, but we’ll be back!

Love it! Manchesters has an outstanding friendly neighborhood atmosphere. We had super service from Bobby and Shawn at the bar. You get the feeling they know all their customers and care about serving them well. The food is well above typical pub standards. Great specials on their blackboard and the pizzas are unique and tasty compared to any other NC options. Definitely recommend this place. My wife and I like to eat in the bar area but there is also a fairly large dining area for families or those who prefer that.

This place is a nice local bar with good food variety. The Mexican pizza is the bomb! It does say Chicago style but it is thin crust pizza, my only disappointment the first time we tried it. Good food and great for families.

Great neighborhood restaurant! Every this is always great — pizza, pasta, whatever! Service is always on time! The eggplant Parmesan is so good. As is the chicken & veal! The pizza is thin crust — best in Raleigh!

Located in the Pinecrest Point Shopping Center at the corner of Leesville and Fairbanks Roads. The atmosphere is comfortable and it is neither too large nor too small/cramped, so it doesn’t lose that local feel. The staff is friendly, the portions are fairly large and the food is good. Fairly diverse menu provides a lot of different selections for ordering. Good beer battered onion rings, nachos, and other appetizers. Burgers are thick and with several different variations to choose from. Also, they have alternative sandwich options, like a very good philly cheese steak sandwich. The cooks load up the sandwich with«steak». Entrees such as pasta, steak, and fish are also available. Daily specials are listed on a chalk board on the right wall as you walk in. Not really a sports bar although they do have several TVs around the bar, there are only 2 in the dining area. If you want to watch a game you will probably need to sit at the bar. They have changed channels for me on a couple of occasions so I could see a game I was interested in. Now for the pizza: Like almost all Chicago stories start with… «I know a guy», the same is true for me. I know a guy that grew up in Chicago and moved here after college. He says the pizza they serve here is just like what he grew up with. According to him, most of the local pizzerias in Chicago serve thin-crust pizza, although Chicago-style pizza most of the rest of the country commonly thinks of is deep-dish style of pizza. He calls the deep dish Chicago pizza«the stuff you get downtown and in da’ malls». He comes to Manchester’s to get his Chicago pizza, and says this is just like«da’ stuff» that was around my house. So, I figure he must know, and that is good enough for me. The crust the Manchester’s pizza is thin and crispy. Regardless of what you call it, the pizza is good. The downside is they are a bit pricy, however the portions sort of make up for it. I have always left full.

Manchester’s is local joint. The bar is great. They have a big menu and their pizza is good. For a local joint in northwest Raleigh I have no complaints.

The service was much better than your average corner bar. Our server Naomi was super pleasant and let me customize a blackened chicken Sammy with pico and avocado(toppings from the burger special). She also let me add the tortilla soup as my side. I appreciate a server who lets me get what I reallllly want when nothing is really speaking to me. My boyfriend had a pizza, which was much tastier than I thought. We liked that it was crispy and that the veggies weren’t overly cooked. The sausage was the pizza highlight. My only complaint is I wish the sauce had some extra pizazz. Overall, solid quick bar meal
