I had a great experience with Allison Ross, PA — however — the front desk staff was less than pleasant and definitely not informative. When I called to make the appointment, they took my credit card # immediately in case of a no-​show, in which case they would charge my credit card $ 100. When I arrived for my appointment, they swiped my card right then for $ 160 up front due to a high-​deductible health plan. I couldn’t really refuse at that point, because I would have still been charged the $ 100 for «no-​show.» Really wish I’d been informed of the out-​of-​pocket expense before I had a choice.

This wasn’t a good fit for me. First of all, you will never be able to talk to a person when you call. You have to leave a message and wait to be called back. Although they’re good about returning calls within 24 hours, what would’ve been a 5 minute phone call becomes a 3-​day game of leaving messages.
This place is notorious for running late. If you get an afternoon appointment, be prepared to wait 20 – 30 minutes to see anyone. Also, be warned that you will get shuffled around to different providers. No one lasts a full year here.
