Understaffed. Long waits and below standard food quality as a result. Frustrated staff as well.

The last couple of months, wait time on the drive-thru has been excessive. Sometimes each order in line can take up to 5 minutes. Recently all of the cars were being asked to «drive forward» to give orders at the pick-up window instead of at the speaker. And the speaker was working. The fries have been half-filled my last few trips to this location as well.
It does not seem like this busy location is being staffed or managed well.
