I’ve been here a couple times and I’ve had no issues. The only thing I can say I don’t like is their McFlurry. I ordered one and it wasn’t really creamy and it didn’t have a blast of vanilla. It tasted artificial and kinda gross.

This McDonalds is the worst one I’ve ever been too. When you get your soda if you look down there is a disgusting mess of ketchup, water, sodas, ice. It looks like a troth of death, infection, and bacteria filled. It is just plain gross. Also when we sat down there were pieces of breading sticking to the booth wall. In addition the Hispanic manager accused a 90 year old man of lying when he said he came thru the drive thru and two apple pies were missing from his bag. She also gave us a hard time when one of my kids asked for an extra sauce, all she kept repeating was thirty cents, thirty cents, thirty cents. Instead of harassing customers perhaps she should clean up that disgusting troth, instead of having her employees simply pouring boiling water multiple times and having customers have to watch this. I will never return and whoever owns this one should teach staff not to be disrespectful to a 90 year old man and learn how to clean this disgusting mess of a restaurant.

Yup, this is the last time I am coming here. Today I received a vanilla ice coffee with no ICE and barely any vanilla. Each time I have stopped here the staff has been hella disorganized/unprofessional. The last time was the best where I got to witness the staff squabbling while I waited for french fries that they forgot to give me. I can only describe the place as janky. In fact it is the jankiest fast food joint I have ever been.

Horrible service at the drive through! My husband wanted to stop there and get food on the way home. It was late about 12:30 am. The line was moving slowly. We finally ordered, after waiting in line for 15 minutes we get to the window and I hand him my card. The man states our machines are down we are not taking cards! Well… nothing was said about the machine being down when we ordered. I explained that to the gentleman but he had nothing to say. So I just drove off! We will never be going to that one again! Don’t go!!’ Horrible service! The very least they could of done is get out and let the ppl know waiting in line! Really??!

Not a fast food kinda gal. But, I do love their icecream cones! Everyone once in a while I crave fountain soda and I am a fan of McD’s soda. Oh, can’t forget the kids love Happy Meals too.

There is a Manager there Larry Smith!!! Never seen customer service like this at a McDonald’s!!! It was 7:30 am and he was happy to be at work and had that place rolling! Thank you sir for the free cup of coffee and apple pies for my wait even though I was feeding my store and was not in any hurry. You are very good sir!!! My experience at this particular location was not deserving of one star. For starters I was the only customer — except for an elderly couple sitting at a table eating ice crème. I stood at the counter for perhaps 8 minutes while employees stood aimlessly staring into space engaged in personal conversation. My order was simple — but not to the employees. A quarter pound burger, fried and a self serve soda(basically a number 2 on the menu). I paid for the order in cash and the employee checked six dollars to see if it were counterfeit. That should have been an indication that perhaps I am not in the most trusted area of Raleigh. Next I had to wait for my order. 20 minutes later, the order arrived. The employee that rang up my order threw away my receipt and when I asked for it she said she could reprint it but then could not find a manager to perform the task. Enough said. Next, the burger was cold, the fries were even colder and the drink — and I am not kidding about this — was nearly all carbon without much color. When I tried to complain it was useless. I just ended up throwing most of my food away and left. When I walked back to my car other customers were circling back around from the drive-thru to complain about errors or quality. There were lots of flies in this particular location and it could have used a good cleaning. Employees seemed uninterested in customer service or overall pride in their work. This is one location that i would not recommend and I will not return to this location.
