McDonald’s

I just visited at 1:30. It wasn’t very busy. I got my order fast. I always special order my sandwiches. It has been a long time since I have had fries here because I’ve disappointed so much. But the fries were warm and crunchy in the outside and soft on the inside. My sandwich was made correctly. The two employees were courteous and pleasant. I hope this wasn’t a fluke. I’ll visit again soon.

This absolutely the worst and SLOWEST McDonald’s you can ever choose to go to. The morons don’t even know how to work the headsets or the drive thru. You will be waiting there an extremely long time in the morning. I think they fall asleep. So glad I just realized there’s a new Burger King in town for breakfast. Was in and out of there in less time than it takes them to greet you at the Speaker over there. Pathetic.

The place is filthy. My wife used the restroom, no toilet paper was in the restroom, came out and asked for the manager (twice) and he never showed up. She finally left in frustration.

I work across the street from this McDonalds and go there at least three times each week for a drink, snack, or breakfast. The service has always been outstanding. I got back to my office without one of the items I ordered this morning and they delivered it to me! I read the bad reviews and am perplexed. I have never had a problem at this location — dine in or drive through.

This McDonalds is SLOW! This location is right by my house and probably 1 out of 3 times I hit the drive thru, they give me the wrong drink. I always get diet coke or unsweet tea and ¹⁄₃ of the time I get coke or sweet tea. They have also been «out» of diet coke before (what McDonalds runs out of diet coke)? But today was the final straw for me. It took 25 minutes to get to the window and she didn’t give me napkins. I asked for napkins, the girl left the window, went to the back and came back with two paper towels from the bathroom!!! I think I’m done with this McDonalds.

HORRIBLE! This must be the location for the McDonald’s flunk-​outs! I just went through the drive-​through on Dec 20 approximately 8:30 pm for a coffee with a shot of expresso. I paid, drove to the next pickup window and waited patiently while I was ignored. And ignored. And ignored some more. The woman — she was dressed like a manager — was right in front of me, and was cleaning the counter, and putting things away. And did I say, ignoring me? There was a full pot of coffee and I know it takes only a second to pull the shot of expresso. So I tapped on the window and she gave me a look as if I had just farted into her frenchfries! When I asked her if I was invisible, she said «oh we are just all in a mood here».
Recommendation: drive the extra 1.5 miles to Falls of Neuese where the service is fast, outstanding, and ALWAYS friendly!
