Mechanical Services of Raleigh

If I could leave a 0 star, I would. I was put in contact with Mechanical Services of Raleigh through my home warranty company. It took them 2 days to even call me. Once they did, we scheduled an appointment for the following week Tuesday, as they had no other appointments. I waited around all morning and finally at 1130 am, I decided to call them to see if we still were on for today. The guy that answered the phone said they were behind from the day before, and couldn’t get a hold of any techs to do repairs today, but would call me back. Here I am, going on a week, waiting on them to repair my heat. I waited all morning at home for an appointment you missed and you were not even going to call me… Before he hung up the phone he said he would call me right back. It is the end of the day, and I have called 2 times since then, and have not received one call back from them. The home warranty company can’t even get them on the phone. I DO NOT recommend using this company as they will not honor your appointments, and do not communicate at all.

Chris from Mechanical Services came out and he was wonderful! He explained everything to me and really went above and beyond to make sure our home was safe. He cleaned out the gunk and bugs out of our system and even checked out our smoke detector to make sure it had a carbon dioxide detector, which it didn’t! Now we know to go get some. Really terrific service!
