Jarek refinished my woods floors. He discussed my options, his price was reasonable, he was prompt, protected all my furniture from dust, made my floors look great, and taught me how to care properly for my floors. I would hire him again in a heartbeat!

Is this company still open? Nobody answers the phone and the address appears to be a residential address.

After a long process involving contractors that were unreasonable in their terms to ones that never returned phone calls, reaching Jarek was a blessing. He was on time and reasonably priced. We left for vacation and returned to beautifully refinished floors. The shoe molding was fitted to perfection. They even cleaned the dust from the walls and counter surfaces and touched up paint on the baseboards. I would gladly use Molton Flooring again.

It has been a year since we had Molton Flooring install natural finish white oak flooring throughout our house. It is beautiful and we are so glad we had them put them in.

We couldn’t be more happy with the work Molton, Jarek and team did with our new floors. The quality and the attention to details was above and beyond. The crew was extremely nice and fun to work with and the Price was great.
In the end there were a few touch ups we requested and they quickly came back and addressed them. We saved a lot of money using them and feel we got better service then we would have from any of the other 5 we received quotes from.

We had received quotes from various local flooring companies to have our carpet removed in our finished basement, second floor and additional wood flooring installed in both areas. Also two sets of stairs had to have carpet removed and wood flooring installed. A big job, since it was almost 2900 sq. ft. of wood flooring plus two sets of stairs, for any company to do. We were not receiving what we thought were reasonable quotes and when we mentioned anything to the people giving us the quote we were always told «well that’s extra.»
We talked to our friends in Garner who had wood flooring installed, sanded and stained by Molton Flooring. They were very happy with the results and price. We then called Molton Flooring for an estimate and Jarek showed up. He measured the house and talked to us about what needed to be done. The next day we received his estimate and were pleasantly surprised. Jarek was definitely saving us money and with the other excellent reviews of his work we signed him up.
Jarek and his staff were friendly, helpful and did a great job with the carpet removal, wood flooring install, painting and finishing the stairs and the constant cleanup. We enjoyed our experience and talking to Jared. He definitely saved the day for us in quality, price and someone easy to work with.

Thanks to Tripp W’s review, we gave Jarek a call to get an estimate on installing hardwoods in our den… inexplicably, the sole room in our house that came carpeted. He arrived on time, and was very thorough — checking under the carpet to assess the plywood, and going beneath the house to check out the floorboards. He also gave the quote on-​site, using his ipad, and emailing it to us immediately. Pricing was competitive and itemized, and given his professional demeanor, the Unilocal Deal, and the positive review, it was a no-​brainer to hire.
The work took three days to complete. Again, Jarek arrived on time for each appointment. On the first day, he and a partner took out the carpet and laid down the oak to level with our other hardwoods. The second day, they closed off the room with plastic to do the sanding and keep it contained. Then, Jarek came back to stain and seal. I wanted to go with a dark coffee hue in the room, and the color came out beautifully. He also touched up the shoe molding with primer. We’re very pleased with our new floors, and will be using Jarek again when it’s time to refinish the rest of the house.

I received amazing work on my hardwood refinishing and installation project from Jarek at Molton Flooring. From quote to final walk through, he was topnotch.
On first contact, Jarek answered his phone immediately (amazing how hard it is to get up with contractors) and scheduled a quote when it was convenient for me. He gave me the lowest quote of the three flooring contractors I contacted and did the quoting on an iPad which emailed me the exact pricing on the spot.
I had two rooms with existing hardwoods refinished and nine stairs replaced with new oak. His time estimate to complete the work was dead-​on and the quality of work was impeccable. Even the stair trim was touched up with white paint and caulked before completion. I was very concerned about dust levels after hearing horror stories from other friends that had similar work done, but the dustless system that Jarek uses was actually dustless. I didn’t even have to vacuum the house after they left.
Overall, I could not asked for a better experience, better price, or better quality of work.
