Great staff! The optometrist gives a very thorough eye exam. I haven’t seen better in years because of the in depth exam I received, Prices are also great. I highly recommend getting your eye wear on site as the staff is very knowledgable of your needs.

Had a great first visit with myeyedr. While it did take a few weeks to obtain an appointment(I needed something after 5PM), the initial scheduling process was simple. I was able to complete the paperwork ahead of time, thanks to them having the forms online. My 5:45PM appointment time arrived & I was right on time. The office was bustling with plenty of staff & customers. I was helped right away by a sweet young lady, Casey, & she got me checked in. She also had me fill out a postcard reminder for them to send me next year. I waited less than five minutes & was taken back by another young lady(can’t recall her name), who was just as friendly. She took my information & noted my history in the computer. She then did the pre-screen eye exam, the«puff» test & took pictures of my eyes(internally). I then was taken to an exam room, where I waited about five more minutes. Dr. Steele arrived & was super nice & friendly. She’s very knowledgable & listened to my concerns, as well as my current eye issues. We did the eye exam & we were done in about 10 minutes. After that, I went back out front with the first employee who helped me. We chatted about our«fur babies», while she checked on my insurance allowance. I just needed lenses put in my current frames, so thankfully my insurance covered the bulk of the cost. All in all, a great first experience here. Now to wait the week time-frame for my new lenses.

I had my last two eye exams at eye care associates and the optometrist both times was excellent. My problem is with the care after the sale. I didn’t realize I had my glasses almost 2 yrs but about 6 mo ago I started seeing a deterioration of the lens coating so today, I took them in to get an opinion of what was going on. When there are in the sales mode they are the nicest people if you have an issue not so much. Attitude and total disregard of a customer issue. The only offer was that we can’t do anything. I assumed that would be the case. But to be bothered by my asking pissed me off. I will never step foot in that store again. You can tell it really put me off.

4.5 Stars. I visited Dr. Steele for the good ol’ annual checkup and thought this was a well run optometry office. The staff is friendly and helpful. The equipment is in good condition and works, as expected. The visit with the doctor was short and sweet — I would have liked a little more time, but not that big a deal. The prices for the basic eye exam are reasonable; I do not know how much they charge for contact fittings. I quickly looked at some frames & lenses for good humor and thought their prices were what I expected, a little higher than the mall stores. However, the customer service seemed better and the staff seemed to take the time to help you with your selection, explain the options, and get to know you and your needs before making suggestions – more than I expect from the mall stores. Parking & hours are easy. There are a handful of eye doctors that work here, so make sure you schedule your appointment with one that takes your insurance and meets your needs. I found they satisfied everything I needed and I will be revisiting in an year.
