Joey is polite, punctual, knowledgeable, and thorough. He comes every three months and our home is pest free. If I see one spider in between quarterly visits he comes right away and eliminates it. He uses chemicals that do not create issues with my family including pets. I highly recommend this company.

I’ve used this company for five years and am very satisfied. I’ve never had to have a call back as their treatment is great the first time. I’ve seen no bugs except the occasional dead one. Their service technicians are unfailingly polite and helpful.

Pest and Termite Consultants are great. I emailed them about an ant problem I was having and they emailed back in less than 12 hours. They also called to schedule my appointment right away. The technician was very friendly and professional. It took maybe 20 minutes for him to treat the exterior, crawl space, and my garage, which is great for my busy schedule!
They guarantee service for 30 days, so if you continue to have problems during that time, they’ll come back out free of charge. I have used their services 3 times now (termite inspection, flea control, and ant/​pest control) and plan to continue using their services in the future. I would definitely recommend them!

I have been using Pest and Termite for years for my old home. They are a local company and work on word of mouth referrals. I am a real estate agent and use them for my termite inspections as well, they are wonderful. I use them on my personal home for pest services. We just moved into a new home so don’t have them for termite contract but plan on it. They are good about coming out in between services if I have any issues. They are pretty quick to get you scheduled in as well. I always recommend them!

I’ve had a contract with Pest and Termite Consultants to protect my townhouse in Chapel Hill since I bought the place in 2001. They do their annual inspection for termites and one year even had to have some garage areas treated. But I’ve never had any actual termite damage.
Recently there was a complicated situation between me, this company, and the HOA. I won’t go into all the blow-​by-​blow details here. But I am happy to say that the company Did The Right Thing. So I wanted to give them kudos for that on this site.
I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends.
