I went here with a groupon for lunch. The restaurant is located in an out-​dated strip mall. The atmosphere is cavernous and drab. The phở was good, but there were tables on either side of me that had not received their non-​soup dishes. Arguments ensued between wait staff and customers. Then arguments started between the wait staff and the cooks in the dining area. Somewhat comical. We also tried the vegetable tempura appetizer, but it arrived to our table as we were leaving. It was more fry batter than vegetables. We were glad to get out of there.
