Pizza Hut

Today I ordered pizza through the phone, when I came to pick them I noticed that the topping was not my order, they made for me new one and gave me the old one free, staff are very friendly and excellent service.

Okay so I recently had my online Pizza hut changed to this one and it’s so much better! The dinner box was really good and well made. The only problem I have about the dinner box pizza is that there wasn’t enough cheese and sauce on the corner pieces opposed to the middle pieces. Other than that, the bread bases for the pizza, cheesesticks and cinnamon sticks were crispy and fluffy. The online ordering was fast and the delivery was on-​time. :)!

Ordered last a pizza last night. Got delivered within 20 minutes and I thought «Awesome! I was starving! Awesome service!»
So I opened the box and was ready to delve in only to find out that the pizza dough was practically raw! I took one bite and had to throw the rest away. Needless to say I was incredibly frustrated and won’t be ordering from this location again.

Hope you’re not in a hurry if you walk in. Was told 15 minutes. 30 minutes later we received our pizza. Food was good but didn’t appreciate the wait.

We love the bone-​in wings, light sauce, well done. They always get it right & very polite to deal with. Great job! We’ll keep ordering!

Had to try them since I moved closer to them than Dominos and I’ve ordered from this pizza hut 3 times and no problems so far. I think the toppings could be more but that’s probably how allowed amount pizza hut tells them to put.

Ordered pizza from this location tonight and after waiting 40 mins I called to see where they were. I had a confirmation email with an order number. Guy on the phone can’t find my order. Then connects me with the manager and he says it’s in route, calls the driver, and they said they went to a different address (an old one of mine that is the billing address for my card) even though I clearly put the address of the delivery on it. Now even if this was an easy mistake, he stated to the manager he had already tried I deliver it. If that was the case why didn’t we get a phone call?! I’m disgusted. And the manager didn’t even offer anything, and just said ok he’s on his way now. Great. Thanks for your fantastic customer service. Never ordering from your location again.

The folks running this location are really nice; always a smile and willing to point out specials. Unfortunately you need to like PH Pizza and I just haven’t been able to get there. For a fast and reasonably priced delivery or pick-​up this works; but we just have too many choices for Great Pizza in the Triangle to settle for less. Sorry, to each their own.
