Terrible service and honestly just not at all capable of the job he (the owner) took on. We paid this company to help us with our broken refrigerator, and after 2 visits (and 1 visit cancelled by them at the last second) we were out ~$ 1,000 and no closer to having a functional refrigerator.
We ended up having to call another repair company and they were able to resolve the situation for us.
Our whole experience with this company really could not have been any worse. We will never use them again.

BAD SERVICE! Using this repair service was mistake. I needed a refrigerator repaired and was charged about $ 1K for a few hours of work, nothing fixed. I then got a call the next day from the company owner (David) confessing that he could not fix our appliance and would NOT be refunding any of our money. We were out a thousand dollars and had zero work done. Tried to get our money back but was denied. This man is a criminal.
