I feel bad leaving an awful review because the staff and doctors are so nice… but be wary of their slimy payment policies. They take your card information over the phone prior to your first appointment(which I assumed was to hold my appointment slot), but they keep your card number in their system and use that to DEBIT money directly from your account in case of missed appointments. They charged me $ 100(even though I called them the next day and I was told I wouldn’t be charged since I rescheduled), which ended up over drafting my account, which spilled over to extra fees on my credit card, etc. I called the doctor who after weeks of back and forth agreed to a partial refund. I talked to my bank about what happened and I finally opened up a fraud investigation on these guys because: 1. They never explicitly tell you they’re retaining your credit card information, but will give you a slip of paper to sign authorizing charges. 2. Debit money directly from your account instead of sending you a bill. 3. Ask them about refunds and everyone conveniently ‘forgets’ what you’re talking about. Even my bank agreed their policies are bogus.

This is absolutely a ridiculous doctors office! They take your card information and then charge you even though they told you they won’t charge you. I couldn’t make an appt that was on Thursday and called on Tuesday over 48 hours I’m advance, and they charged my credit card $ 150! I’m a teacher and we all know teachers struggle. That literally was the last of my money. They took all the money I have, and now I don’t know how I’m going to pay for gas to get to work even. Do not let them take your money!
