I have been in glasses since the 4^th grade then on to contacts in high school. I finally took the plunge and did LASIK. After another local doctor didn’t take the time to look at my eye until I was walking into surgery and told me I was not a candidate. I was discouraged and disappointed but Dr Laber was amazing from my very 1^st appt. The staff was friendly and wonderful. Wait times were short, never more than 7 minutes for any of my appts. Everything was easy to understand as far as billing and appointments. I would recommend anyone to this office. When I started this process for the 2^nd time I called 3 LASIK offices, and the other 2 got back to me 1 – 2 weeks after I called. Glad RO was on top of it and they took me in for surgery.

Thanks for caring about foster kids. Not! Our foster son was referred to you by our pediatrician to get vision/​glasses. His medicaid is pending, but we were assured that it should be fine. In fact, Dr. Artman said he’d call Tim (Dr. Jordan) personally. They followed through and gave the referral. The peds office saw him because they will get reimbursed. The medicaid will get approved, he is a foster child, all foster children get medicaid. They refused to see him. He needs glasses, we want him to be able to see the board at school. Can we try to get him set up for success in school since he’s been out so long? DH is taking him somewhere else and will pay OOP for glasses. Seriously??? You will get paid, but refused to see him. Didn’t think it was important or emergent to get him glasses before his medicaid card came through. Actually, that is a quote from Dr. Jordan, not emergent enough not to just wait until they get the card.

Could not be happier with the friendliness of the staff, knowledge of Dr. Jordan, and location of this office! Our son has had multiple appointments with Raleigh Opthamology recently and we are very satisfied with all of the service we’ve received. Everyone at the receptionist desk, checkout, and the actual Dr. himself are just top notch. Highly recommend if you need an eye Dr.
