Wonderful service!!! I waited 2hrs for another company, Jack Rabbit, to come change a punctured tire. My insurance company cancelled the other company and sent Raleigh Roadside to me. Once I got off the phone with the insurance company I received a call from Russ, who let me know his ETA and confirmed that he’d be at the location to assist me. He arrived before the time he estimated, which was a plus, then he provided quick and efficient work that exceeded my expectations! If I experience any other issues and need service he’ll be the first person I call and or refer! Thank you so much for being professional, punctual and giving us a good laugh at the end of the night!
