I recently applied for an apartment there, and low and behold, the process took a very long 4 days. I was first told that the Equifax system went down, and then I was told that the person who had my application was out. Thank God that I moved forward with another property management company and was approved!
I know that my credit was not perfect, however, I have excellent rental history! I also thought it was a joke when the leasing consultant who showed me the apartment informed me that the previous tenants were there for 3 years and if I were approved, carpet would only be cleaned? Exscuse me? 3 years of wear and tear, pets or not, allergies, and you guys are too cheap to change the carpet? Give me a break! I know how the competitive market is, but you guys would have gotten your profit regardless every month! Treat prospective tenants fair!
