I can’t rave enough about the service you get when you take your Volvo to these folks. I’m up there so much I’m on a first name basis with some of the mechanics. They treat you like you’re family and treat your car like it’s priceless. I consider them «The Volvo Gods». They have kept my beloved car on the road for 20 years and 267,000 miles. Every time it needs something major I can count on them to get the job done correctly!
Here are some examples of how great their service is. In a recent visit my car had a wiring problem and Volvo no longer made the part it needed. Instead of just giving up they actually took the time to rebuild the part and make it work like new. In another visit I had my check engine light come on. They took the time to investigate and even had a mechanic ride with me to see what was going on. It turned out to be a fluke and they told me that instead of wasting my money by selling me parts I didn’t need. In my most recent visit they wound up saving me thousands of dollars! I was in the process of buying another Volvo and asked them to do a pre-​purchase inspection. They told me every single thing that was wrong with the car right down to the sunroof needing to be adjusted and even gave me a print out and another copy so I could talk to the dealer. I have to say that they are VERY honest.
Another great thing about their service is they offer loaner cars! You do have to give them a heads up if you want one but how great is it that somewhere other than a dealer gives you loaner cars? No sitting around waiting just drop yours off and go enjoy the day! I also love how their lobby is always sparkling clean and smells fresh, that also includes the bathroom!
As for price, they are amazing given the amount of time and care they put into their work. I’ve even gotten a few discounts without asking on my bill from time to time. In short if you have a Volvo old or new you have to give this place a try. I promise you will be pleasantly surprised!
