Only 1 star because there is not a — ., Awful Awful Awful… Me and my 9 year old daughter stayed here! Dirty, Dirty, Dirty!!! Stains in all the carpet, the furniture had some kind of sticky on it. I laid my head back in the headboard and my hair stuck to it…(literally) obviously I booked online and had no problems with that, I didn’t read any of these reviews or I would not have went there! I would for sure pay the extra $ 100!!! Ghetto neighborhood. Old men yelling hey baby from the bench, 15 – 20 thugs hanging out on the side of the rd at McDonalds! Walking down our hallway… Smelling weed! Meanwhile housekeeping (??) walks by and smiles and nods! Awful! So dirty! There aren’t enough characters!!! The staff was adequate. Friendly to my daughter. Did not eat the «breakfast» which was, cereal. From dirty canisters mind you. And awful coffee… I still swear there was vomit on the walls… My feet in socks and houseshoes… Also stuck to the coffee table! There’s just not enough BLEACH, tear it down.

I get to town late evening I’d say maybe 11 pm and just wanted to crash. My typical choice of hotel was sold old but I’m was Tired. Cheap rate $ 65.00. I SEE WHY. EWW the rooms are nasty. There was No cable «because time warner is doing some extra work.» My bed was broken/​uncomfortable the entire night so tossing and turning remember look at the sunrise and I was charged a «late fee» FOR FINALLY FALLING TO SLEEP AND OVERSLEEPING pass 11am. Isn’t check out @12 in 2015.
WHY I stayed a second night I don’t know. So that’s another $ 90 that’s included in since Because now that it DAYLIGHT, I’m noticing the trifling dirty walls, carpet, nasty spots on the sofa. the mildew on balcony. ugh the worst. Plus no TV. Then the maintenance guy comes to fix the bed and the TV and I thought he was some random guy from the way he was dressed so i hesitated to let him in. Save your money. Sleep in the car

If I could give this hotel negative stars I would! BEWARE! We stayed here for one night. When we first walked in the room it smelled musty and of stale cigarette smoke. While checking for bedbugs (a necessary evil in today’s world) I noticed the bottom sheet was inside out and the top sheet top was backwards and at the foot of the bed. I pulled back the comforter only to find make up all over the «top» of the top sheet at the foot of the bed and that the comforter had a HUGE yellow spot on it. I can’t verify that it was urine but it sure was unsettling. I went to the front desk ask to have our bedding changed which they graciously did right away. Strike 2 neither TV worked they kept saying they’d lost connection. Only excuse we got was Time Warner was switching to digital and they’d had some issues. We spoke with others in the hotel and none of them had working TVs. The pool area was littered with hundreds of cigarette butts and the grounds were covered in trash. The continental breakfast was the usual fare but we didn’t want to risk it given the conditions of the hotel in general. The coffee was empty at 7am when the breakfast opened and still at 9am when we were leaving. While attempting to check out we had to wait 20 minutes for hotel staff to come to the front desk. While waiting I was talking to another guest who was waiting for management because all of his belongings were stolen while he was out. He said they even took his phone chargers out of the wall. BEWARE!

Truck broke down called for price was told 56.00 and 25.00 for my small dog, got a cab, went to front desk and was told another price, was told I miss understood them, OK, so I was tired tried to get me to pay $ 150.00 pulse tax settled on 105.67. Room was nasty stains on the floor, walls were stained, a dirty q-​tip on the floor, a red price sticker on the wall? Bathroom gross mold in the shower, feces on the wall!!! Furniture beat up, called front desk and was told that is a dog room, really my dog is cleaner than this room, thought I would ask for a late checkout because my truck wasn’t finished and was told I could stay an extra 30 minutes but any longer I would be charged $ 20:00 per hour, only reason I asked for more time it will be over 100 degrees today with a small dog, thanks regency for your compassion, the breakfast was OK but the carpet was torn with tack strips showing, holes in the walkways, and I walked my dog around 10 pm and people walking around looking in cars when they saw me the walked away into the shadows, I’m pretty sure they were not the owners of all the cars they looked into. I will never stay at this money hungry no ethic motel ever again.

$ 66/​night. It’s worth that. But you’ve got to put up with the hoodies. Lock your car up tight, get all your valuables, take pics of your shiny hubcaps for insurance, they probably won’t be there in the morning.
Didn’t eat the breakfast, I figured the continental here was probably a little risqué.
If I had to do it all over again would I do it again? No. This place is a good example of what Detroit was like in the 1960s before a total collapse.
It’s worth another $ 40 to go somewhere else for peace of mind.

Not only did they cancel my reservation without notifying me, they sold our room for a higher rate. When
(which was awesome) confronted the gentleman working the front desk he admitted he over booked our room for a higher rate. When asked if they could do anything to accommodate us, they just shrugged and said no. Will never be back! Beware especially if you booked online!
