After having bad experiences with U-​Haul, I decided to give a Penske truck a shot.
The manager, I believe her name was Alexa (now I feel bad for forgetting…), was kind and helped me change my reservation twice without sounding annoyed!
I will return to this location if I need another truck or if I need some storage. Clean store, clean trucks, nice people; keep it up!

Was a little lost at first but contacted the office and the gentleman there was very helpful. He understood how the directions were not accurate on our device. Walked him and he was happy to actually get our truck as he needed it for a reservation the next day. A side note to mention, when we picked up our truck in another city and we noticed that our AAA discount was not listed, he was able to assist us and getting the credit back. If we have any needs for storage or a rental truck, I will definitely consider coming to pick one up here. Thanks again! Sorry I wouldn’t remember his name but he was very helpful!

This place is fantastic. The staff — Carlton is who I have worked with– is so nice and accommodating. I’ve called with many questions about storage, trucks, etc and they are always SO nice. I rented a Penske from them to do a local move recently and it was a quick and painless process compared to other moves. The storage facility is safe, clean, and just plain nice. Plus you get your first month free which you can’t beat! Really glad I chose this place. Fantastic experience.

My experience was spectacular! I am an NCState student and got a special student deal. On top of the low price, the storage area itself was immaculate and the people who worked there were sooo friendly and willing to help. I would never go anywhere else for storage.
