The price was high today, maybe a bit better gas than the one on capital.
But please 20 cent a gallon more almost is a rip off.

Located off of peace street. Honestly this is one of the most accesible gas stations in the Dtr area. It is a small wall store (the size of a closet) with a walk up window.
Pros: close to downtown. Plenty of gas pumps, great gas prices (sometimes lol)
Cons: the fact the store is the size of a closet-​not many choices.
The parking lot is angled funny (witnessed many cars have a close encounter attempting to cut infront of oncoming traffic)

I have a love hate relationship with this shell location its good for gas but nothing else (well.i think thats all that matters) not much of a snack selection and tough time leaving the store due to traffic

Cheap gas. Never packed. Small convenience store but I come for gas, so.

A good, clean and non sketchy gas station in the downtown area. Good for pay-​at-​the-​pump use but a bit awkward if you’re paying cash. You have to walk up to the drive through convenience store window which is awkward when you realize you’re in line behind cars.
Usually pretty cheap gas though (in comparison to other places in downtown).

This Shell is one of the only gas stations close to downtown Raleigh. It’s right on Peace Street on the way to Oakwood from Glenwood Ave.
The prices at this Shell are actually pretty good, but you’ll do a bit better up Capital.
I like the idea of a drive-​thru convenience store, but I’m not a smoker and I don’t crave soda… If the gas station is busy, I like to go behind the convenience store to make a right turn on Peace Street. Unfortunately, you can’t easily go around cars that are ordering or in line at the convenience store. I have to subtract a star for that, since one of my criterion for a good gas station is if I can leave quickly and easily.

Gas is gas. The prices here are ok… not spectacular and not too overpriced. Of course this depends on the day.
I am usually able to find a pump no matter the time and this station is just a block away from my house, so the convenience factor is great.
It also has a small drive-​thru convenience store, which I have used several times and they have always provided great service.
